- Standard items: 5–7 working days

- International: £10.50 (Royal Mail International Signed)

Goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you.Customs

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

- Non-refundable once production begins
- Quotes are subject to confirmation
- Timelines are estimates

- Guaranteed for 6 months (excluding fine chains)
- Additional costs may apply if work is more complex
