Shipping & Returns

At Boutique Bijou, we take great care to ensure your jewellery arrives safely and meets the highest standards. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about delivery and returns.

Delivery

UK Delivery

We use Royal Mail Special Delivery for secure, fully tracked shipping.
£8.95 per order

International Delivery

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed.
£11.95 per order

Delivery Times
  • In-stock items: typically dispatched within 5–7 working days
  • Made-to-order or bespoke items: typically 6–7 weeks
    If there are any delays, we will keep you informed.
Multiple Items

Only one delivery charge applies per order. Orders to multiple addresses must be placed separately.

Returns

Online Orders (Your Rights)
If you purchase online, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it, in line with UK consumer law. £8.95 per order You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn
  • In perfect condition
  • Returned in original packaging
Once received and inspected, we will issue a full refund, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days.
Bespoke & Custom Pieces
Due to their personalised nature, the following items are non-refundable:
  • Bespoke or commissioned jewellery
  • Resized, engraved, or customised items
If you’re unsure, we’re always happy to advise before purchase.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible.

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to:

  • A full refund within 30 days, or
  • A repair or replacement
We will resolve any issue quickly and fairly.
How to Return an Item

To arrange a return, please contact us first.

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.

Repairs & Resizing

We offer repair and resizing services subject to the following:

  • Work will only begin once a quotation has been agreed
  • Repairs are guaranteed for 6 months (excluding fine chains)
  • Some repairs may be declined if deemed unsuitable
